What I love absolutely love most about the weekends are that I can work late in my studio (which I do most nights anyways..) but I can sleep in the next morning... And when the kitties wake me up by jumping on me or purring loudly in my ear I can slip into my comfy pj's.. and make coffee.. Coffee that I enjoy in my favorite mug from Sweden. I fell in love with it on my last trip home and had to bring it back. I love how the texture of the pattern feels in my hand.. I love how big it is and how much coffee I can fill it up with... and I love that it wakes me up and gets me ready for a new day...

Definetly the lie in and the snuggle in bed with my 8 yr old daughter, then coffee and an unrushed brunch ~ makes such a change from the rush on a weekday doesn't it :)

ReplyDeletewe go to this lovely place called Sidecar in downtown Philly.. where I munch on a creamy egg Florentine...with Canadian bacon. Kind of like a egg Benedict but better! Yes brunches is definitely a treat for the weekends :o0

ReplyDeleteYes eggs Florentine are my breakfast favorite at a family style restaurant in town. They have the best buttery hollandaise. Yum!:P
