Bridal Crowns!

So I started designing these bridal crowns a while back and then I sort of ran out of time... Too busy finishing up orders from my Etsy Shop. But now it has slowed down and I thought I should finish up some of the crowns I have been working on. I named this crown Nordic Princess and I have it listed on Etsy.

I created this beauty for my friend Natasha who got married last November. She has dark hair so we decided that gold would compliment her better. This version also has freshwater pearls, tons of swarowski crystals and a beautiful creamy pink keshi pearl at each tip. I will be listing another more simple design shortly so keep your eyes open!

Wonderful Winterland Sweden

I just had to show you how beautiful Sweden can be in the wintertime. David and I flew over to spend christmas with my family this year and this is what met us.... arriving at my mothers home in Sundsvall Sweden. David is from Florida and it's safe to say that he doesn't have much experience with snow. He was like a kid playing in the snow!

David was taking pictures of everything. Including my mothers mail box (in the middle). I have to say that I am happy that he did cause we got some amazing pictures!

Here's the view from my mothers window. Her home is right by a beautiful lake called Sidsjon. The red house in the background is newly built. Before we were able to see the lake from her window.... Looking at all these pictures is making me a little home sick... I miss my mom. She is a wonderful artist! Make sure to check out her art on her website! I do have to let you know that she has some mature paintings.. She works with textiles and paints with acrylics. Two very different styles but both awesome. My mom is definitely the coolest :o)

January 19th front page on Etsy

In December I somehow managed to get 6 front pages. I think that will be hard to beat. But January has been good so far.
This was the second front page for me on Etsy in January. Both were created by the wonderful seller CopperLeafStudios. Make sure to check that shop out! I love treasuries. Both looking and to make them. I really need to find some more time so I can create one with my favorite sellers (like CopperLeafStudios). This treasury featured my Brass Growing Flower earrings.

Valentine GIWEAWAY

In the holiday season I had a Free pair of mini bean sprouts with every 2 purchases and that was really popular so I decided to do a Valentine (yes I am really embracing this love thingie..) promotion. I am giving a pair of Small Stained Heart studs with every 2 purchases. And if someone buys 4 items from my shop I will add 2 pairs of heart studs in their package!

This being my first Valentine on Etsy I decided to do some heart related designs... I know it's so not me.. But they have kind of grown on me. I like the Burnt Enameled Heart the most. I've been wearing mine at work and gotten so many compliments!

Lazy Sunday

This is me... and my baby cat Lisa. She's crazy just like me. She is sitting in my Rio Grande box right now. I hope she doesn't chew on my silver...

I promised myself that I would spend Sunday in the studio finishing up some orders... Instead I somehow got sucked into creating this blog :o)

We'll at least now I have one... I just have to make time to update it. Thanks for stopping by!
